We hire cleaners and they will clean your home after each rental. The fees for the cleaning are done internally in our company, therefore you don’t see the charges or the expenses. If you use your own property, we also require that our cleaners come in after your stay to clean the home before the next renter. When the cleaners clean after the homeowner, the owner is charged for an “owner clean.”
